Brown Donegal Contemporary Jacket
Description
About the block
The contemporary jacket is a modern interpretation of the sexton look, with strong architectural lines but rough up to date by being slightly more minimal and less exaggerated with the lapel. All lines focus on the narrowest part of the body at the waist, flowing down from a crisp shoulder line.
Cloth information
Woven in Italy, this wonderfully textured fabric is a clever blend of 61% Wool for warmth and durability, 28% Nylon adds some resilience to the elements, 10% Silk for strength and lustre, and finally 1% Elastane to allow a little stretch in the garment. The cloth is a deep brown primarily, with fine donegal textures coming through in subtle flecks of mustard, cream and lighter brown tones. At 330g, the cloth is warm, whilst not being heavy, lending itself to several seasons of wear.
