About the block
Our pièces de résistance, though, are our Hollywood Trousers, which are cut with an unstructured, soft waistband and belt loops. These are inspired by a particular kind of ‘leisure trouser’ that was popular in the 1940s and ‘50s, designed to be wonderfully comfortable and free-flowing. In flannel, corduroy or smooth gabardine, they’re as sophisticated as trousers can be, and well-suited to creative dressers or clients in search of something chic to wear on the weekends.
Cloth information
Woven in Italy, weighing a substantial 400g and woven from 100% Linen. At the start of it's life; this sturdy and rugged linen will crease at the knees, creating character associated with the classic summer fabric. Over time though, this cloth will begin to soften and creases will begin to ease, evolving into a more mellow silhouette as time passes.

• Grown on waistband with belt 1 1/4” belt loops
• Two forward pleats
• Jetted slant side pockets
• Double jet hip pocket on the right with flap hole and button
• 2” turn-up
• Inlay to let out the waist up to 2”
• 2" of inlay in the hem to lengthen the trousers.
• Inlay to let out the fork 1”

Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
Made to Measure garments are priced slightly higher than Made to Order and will require a consultation with one of our team. Existing customers can just email us to order a made to measure garment.
