Description
A traditional and classic morning coat, cut on a fresh and textured grey pick 'N' pick wool. A timeless staple of a gentleman's wardrobe, the fresh grey wool gives one of the most formal classical jackets a modern feel.
Whilst retaining all the trademark features of a morning coat, such as a traditional body coat back and stub vent, we have injected a Sexton edge with our signature lapel and shoulder. The fresh grey worsted wool keeps things bright and modern to keep your style in keeping with the times.
About the block
Notched lapels can look handsome too, particularly on business suits or sports jackets, which can afford to be a little more understated. We eschew slim lapels, whether peaked or notched, in favour of generous shapes that reinforce an hourglass silhouette. Adding a second button to a single-breasted jacket likewise softens its impact, but is nonetheless extremely elegant and can help to balance the slightly shorter, squarer proportions of notched lapels.

Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
Made to Measure garments are priced slightly higher than Made to Order and will require a consultation with one of our team. Existing customers can just email us to order a made to measure garment.
